The church is sub-divided into various activity groups namely:

They are ministers appointed by the pastor to be in charge of main meetings in the church – Sundays, Thursdays and all-night meetings..
Functions:
To make sure the various aspects are well set and organized. e.g. instruments, general protocol
To liaise with other co-ordinators – prepare service with the pastor’s designate (secretary)
To help with the prayer unit..
To work with other members to plan programmes ahead, for the Church.
The coordinator should arrange for the pre-meeting prayers and logistic planning.
To help act as a general protocol officer with other involved protocols.
The major functions of the ministerial council are:
Set the spiritual tone of the church, and also to facilitate the mission and vision of the church in all ramifications.
They are to work as a team towards fulfilling these goals.
They should exemplify and try to live out the ethical principles and foundation of the ministry.
Members of the council should strive to live to all that pertains to life and Godliness in secret and in public life.
The coordinator of the ministerial council for the month must not see himself as a leader but must work in synergism with other leaders.
They should not feature themselves alone in the programmes but should feature the members of the church.
Members of the ministerial council especially those that will be featuring that week must set themselves apart for prayer and logistics.
Members of ministerial council must show servant attitude.
They should show interest in all aspects of the ministry but should avoid ill-guided initiatives.

The main goals of the unit are:
• To take care of all publications in the ministry.
• To work with the evangelism unit and to enhance publicity of the church.

The shall be responsble for the production of the following publications:
(A) MESSAGE OF HOPE
This shall be a regular publication
(i) It will be translated in major languages within the environment.
(ii) It shall mainly constitute the pastor’s message.
(iii) It shall be distributed round the nooks and crannies of any area which the church is situated.
(iv) It shall also go through the Internet to other members who are not here.

(B) MONTHLY BULLETIN
This will be a monthly publication
• It will highlight major events of the church for that month.
• It will serve as means of informing the members of the church.

(C) YOKEFELLOWS’ DIGEST
This will be a monthly publication, which should contain exhortations, information, and pastor’s comment; to stimulate the workers in the church to be active for God.

(D) TRACTS
Every month or as the case may be the spokesman communication ministries or sanctuary of hope should be publishing a tract that will be distributed worldwide for edification, evangelization and enlightenment.

(E) THE SPOKESMAN MAGAZINES
As detailed in the spokesman communication monograph
(F) BOOKS

The goals of the unit are as follows:
• To coordinate programmes within their sub-unit and also with the participation of the whole church.
• To work closely with the follow-up team
• To organize quarterly evangelistic/outreach programmes
• To advise pastor on outreach and input in other places visited e.g church, crusades, meetings etc.
• Pray for population increase in church through salvation.
• Produce a monthly report on their activities.

The goals of the unit are as follows:
• To maintain order while services are going on
• To create an atmosphere of friendliness in the church especially for those coming for the first time.
• To be proactive and work in cooperation with the pastor
• To be responsible for security of pulpit during ministration and security of special guests.
• To pray for the church, workers e.t.c.

(a) TECHNICAL UNIT/GENERAL TECHNICAL DUTIES
• To take care of instruments in the Church
• Keeping them in such a way that the efficiency of the instrument is enhanced.
• Oversee to the security of the instruments; servicing of the instruments.
• Set up, take down, transport, operate and maintain all equipment.
• Pray over equipment for improvements, additions, and operations.

(b) TECHNICAL AND RECORDING
• Responsible for the audio and video recording
• Duplicate all ordered cassettes
• Present all duplicated cassettes to the bookstore, sales person, or sales/marketing division.
• Maintain catalogue of all masters.
• Be responsible for all masters.
• Pastor’s master copy to be delivered and maintain master archives.
• Oversee tape-of-the month club.

This shall be under the leadership of the treasurer who will be the chief financial officer of the Church.
• He will be supported by a financial secretary who will also act as internal auditor.
• He will be in-charge of giving a weekly report.
Functions/ Main Objective:
• To monitor the use of fund and to give a detailed account of how money is spent.
• To submit reports as and when required by the Pastor.
• To submit monthly, quarterly or annual report covering all financial processes at the end of the year.
This group will be involved in publicizing the programme of the church.
The aim is to publicize the programme of the Church through various means and creative work.
• As a means of evangelizing
• Creating awareness of the mission of the Church.
This will constitute men’s group of the Church. They will meet at least once every two month, and organize quarterly programme for evangelism, exhortation and enlightenment.
• To Co-ordinate all the married women in the Church.
• To enhance spiritual growth of its members (women).
• To help their social needs.
• To hold regular programmes that will advance evangelism.

The programmes planning committee constitutes:
The pastor or his designate
The coordinator of the ministerial council or a representative from that council.
Two members from either the activity group leaders or yokefellows to represent various arm of the church.
Church secretary and two other members of staff involved in ministerial activity.

Functions
They shall be involved in the drafting of the programmes of the church on yearly basis and in future, 2-5 years plan.
The programmes can be published on quarterly basis. Members will be informed of the programmes in the church at least two months ahead.

For major programmes, a team must be constituted to plan ahead and prepare for the programme.
Programme committee will meet at least once every month to review or adjust the programmes.

The main goal is to coordinate the welfare needs of the church centrally.
To introduce innovative and creative ways of meeting the needs of members of the church.
To hold regular prayer meetings
To oversee the preparation of holy communion
To ensure that all materials utensils, equipments in their care are properly cared for (e.g fridges, cups, knifes, cloth-spread etc).
The goals are:
• To create a spirit of worship in the church.
• To organize a choir/band for the church and work out strategies (for evangelism through music).
• To oversee and lead all worship in church and other meetings
• Teach worship
• To train other worship leaders; and bring a successor.
• Gather all musicians before service.
• To hold regular prayers for all involved in worship and music ministry.
To introduce innovative means of following up new converts in the church.
The strategies include:
• Discipleship
• Visitation and formal follow up classes.
• To co-ordinate the children’s meetings in the Church (during Sunday services and Sunday school).
• To enhance spiritual and intellectual development of the children.
• To encourage the spirit of discipline and order among the children.
• To bring out interactive programmes that will help children within the church and children of other ministries and churches.
• To interact with parents on their children’s lifestyle (spiritually).
• To pray for all the children in the Church.
This will be basically under the office of the Pastor and founder or his designate.
• The tape ministry will be under a team who will be in charge of procuring, duplicating and working along with the marketing division to market the sales.
• The account will follow strict guidelines of accountability.
• The use of the funds and profits will be determined by the Pastor.

This shall be involved in:
• Setting up tapes and book sales.
• Advertisement and publicity of the sales of the tapes
• Create marketing strategies towards selling of tapes and books:
• All money for books and tapes to be sent to the financial department or otherwise.
• Distributing all ordered books and tapes.
• Pray for increase of sales and expansion.

The aim of this group is to broadcast every week: nationally and globally. Members of the team will constitute the president and others. A separate account will be opened to ensure how funds will be managed. A technical unit will be formed for smooth operation.
• To co-ordinate all the married in the Church
• To enhance spiritual growth of its members
• To help their social needs.
• To hold regular programmes that will advance evangelism.
This will constitute all couples and yet to be married couples in the Church. They will meet at least once every two month, and organize programmes quarterly for evangelism, exhortation and enlightenment.
• To visit new comers with the view of encouraging them in the work of the Lord.
• To create a conducive and accommodating atmosphere of demonstrated love; encouraging every member and visitor of the Church to freely express themselves to God and man thereby making them see the Church as a home.
• To help the visitors (first-timers) see the need of becoming a functional and integral part of the Church by becoming committed members.
• To see that the numerical strength of the Church progress geometrically per month.
• Lift the Pastor in prayer always.
• Send letters note; send cards and gift (s) to members and visitors.
• Praying for one another.
• Taking time out to visit one another.
The aim is:
? To help the singles grow spiritually, physically, mentally and socially.
? Holding or organizing regular meetings/programmes to teach and fellowship; lectures, talks, symposium, practical discussion etc.
? As a means of evangelism.
? To improve healthy social interaction among brethren.
? To provide regular prayer meetings.
? Refer counseling to elders or Pastor in-charge.
The main aim is:
• To co-ordinate the prayer unit of the Church
• Plan for the prayer meetings in the Church including the All-night.
• To stimulate the spirit of prayer in the Church.
• To engage in spiritual warfare for the Church and ministry. Send your Prayer request
Teaching the word through drama,
Drama presentation on church occasions
Using drama for advertising and creating awareness within the church.
• Sole responsibility is to handle the Church bus or vehicle.
• Responsible for transportation of members and equipments to and from the Church.
• Be responsible for the maintenance and security of the bus
