Rev. & Mrs. Greg Erhabor
Every institution stands or falls based on the effectiveness of the constituted authority. Leaders are the spirit and motivating force of great enterprise. Leadership principles are cardinal and universal. It cuts across custom, culture and creed.

It is becoming clearer as we move closer to the 21st century both in developed and developing world; that leadership is the central force behind change.
Many people are with technical skills but with little leadership training, yet occupying positions that involves managing change and resources. The resultant effect is that they are unable to move the organization forward. Not because they lack good will, but due to inadequate training in leadership skills.
